1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Septary Labs' website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Septary Labs ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.
2. Description of Services
Septary Labs provides autonomous AI agent solutions, including pre-built workflow templates, agent management dashboards, integrations with third-party platforms, and related consulting and support services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
3. Account Registration
Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe upon the rights of any third party; transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services; or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, code, and design — are the exclusive property of Septary Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from our Services without prior written consent.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights.
7. Payment Terms
Certain Services may require payment. All fees are stated on our pricing page and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Late payments may result in suspension of access to paid features.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Septary Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results obtained from the use of the Services are not guaranteed.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Septary Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
